Paddy is passionate about environment positive farming and has a particular interest in trees and birds. He has an innate ability to keep people calm and unify teams within an estate/farm.

Christopher has been running estates for over 40 years and in that time has built up an extensive and loyal client base.  His work includes:

• Renewables, particularly wind and solar farm developments

• Family organisation and generational change on larger estates

• Common land management in Wales

Christopher is inspired by beautiful architecture, high quality design and creating spaces for people that work in the residential development projects he is involved in.  He is also the Perdix sage and voice of reason!
